Food and nutrition are two things that I have always loved. I am a foodie at heart and I am happiest when I get to be creative with food and in the kitchen. I value quality over quantity when it comes to nutrition and food and I try to show my community and clients that nourishing meals do not have to be incredibly complex or require a ton of skill to create. I put a large focus on grass-fed animal protein and wild seafood, as well as organic produce but I also try to give examples on how to prioritize what to purchase organic and what can be conventional to make health and nutrition accessible to everyone.
